What Are CNC Routed Signs?
Whether you need letters or logos cut for your building, a custom sign routed, or a trophy for your school’s tournaments, we have you covered. If your idea can be drawn, we can cut it. Our CNC Router allows us to shape out exactly what you want right into the material you choose. Pick from our wide selection of durable materials; including, Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), High Density Urethane (HDU), Medium Density Fibreboard (MDF), Medium Density Overlay Plywood (MDO), High-density Polyethylene (HDPE), and acrylic. All of our materials are also able to be painted using a wide variety of colors, cut to include lettering, and custom shaped to match your desired result.
Angle Brackets
Installing angel brackets allows you to rotate semi-permanent signage, which becomes especially useful if you want to be able to replace standardized signage for your office park between different tenants. This removes the need to repair the surface the sign is installed on when a tenant moves out, and making it easy to install a new tenant’s sign with the same standardized spacing and shape requirements as the original.
Exterior Screws
Using exterior screws is a guaranteed way of making sure your sign doesn’t come down unless you intend for it to. There are several different type of screws that can be used, including, drywall screws with anchors, stainless steel screws, and ceramic coated screws. Alternatively, the use of tamper proof screws prevents the removal of a sign without a special tool.
Silicon
Applying silicon to the back of your sign allows you to stick it directly to most surfaces for longterm signage. This eliminates the need for holes to be drilled into walls, while also completely supporting your sign with a strong bond between the materials. This is especially useful when attaching signage to surfaces that are not completely flat, since the silicon molds itself around any bumps or empty spaces.
