What Are Hand Carved Signs?
Hand carved signage is made of High Density Urethane (HDU) that can be routed and hand-shaped by our skilled craftsmen, for high-end business signs. Hand carving allows us to achieve a higher level of detail on your sign that cannot be achieved with our router alone. Our skilled craftsmen can then paint the signage with a wide variety of colors bringing forward the intricate levels of detail carved into the face of the sign.
Angle Brackets
Installing angel brackets allows you to rotate semi-permanent signage, which becomes especially useful if you want to be able to replace standardized signage for your office park between different tenants. This removes the need to repair the surface the sign is installed on when a tenant moves out, and making it easy to install a new tenant’s sign with the same standardized spacing and shape requirements as the original.
Standoffs
Standoffs give dimension to your signage by taking it off the wall slightly. This is a perfect look for a professional setting with a high end look. Standoffs are screw mounted onto the walls and then the sign face is placed on them and a cap is screwed on, to hold it in place. Standoffs are generally recommended for interior panel-based signage.
Exterior Screws
Using exterior screws is a guaranteed way of making sure your sign doesn’t come down unless you intend for it to. There are several different type of screws that can be used, including, drywall screws with anchors, stainless steel screws, and ceramic coated screws. Alternatively, the use of tamper proof screws prevents the removal of a sign without a special tool.
